Drew is The Community Foundation’s Chief Investment Officer and has overseen Foundation’s overall investment management platforms, including its compliance program as a registered investment adviser for the last three decades. 

Drew also serves as President and CEO of The Community Foundation Mission Investments Company, LLC, which is a wholly owned and controlled subsidiary of TCF and is dedicated to mission investment activities and led the allocation of more than $60 million in impact capital for the subsidiary since 2015.

Previously a Partner and Head of Credit Trading at Och Ziff Freidheim and a Partner and Head of Trading of its successor distressed credit fund, Cyrus Capital Partners, Jerry is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Jerry has served on numerous boards including the UVIMCO endowment, Jefferson Scholars, and Virginia State University Board of Trustees. Jerry is also a Lifetime Member of the Urban League. He has served as a consultant for New Haven’s DNA Entrepreneur Cohort and has invested in and built a range of small businesses.

Joseph “Joe” Williams leads the development of an inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem in New Haven as part of TCF MIC’s NHE3 initiative. Joe earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to joining The Foundation, he spent nine years as a Small Business Development Advisor at UConn School of Business, helping entrepreneurs launch and scale their ventures.

Iain is a investor, mentor, and strategist with expertise in venture capital, private markets, and institutional portfolio management. Iain was an investor at Wesleyan University’s endowment, helping grow assets from $525M to over $900M. Iain was also a co-founder of Golden Gate CT, a startup connecting refugees with employment and economic support. He serves on several Investment Committees, including Aisiki Capital, championing high-impact investments in Southern Africa, and advises emerging and underrepresented VCs on fund strategy and process.
